Over the last few decades, your local air ambulance has worked tirelessly to save lives across Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire & Rutland. 

For personal reasons it has been a big passion of mine to help the Local Air Ambulance as much as possible over the last 3 years.

To help them celebrate their milestone 40,000th mission, I'm taking part in a virtual challenge with a difference. I will be taking on 40 press ups for 40 days with an extra 40% of my bodyweight added onto! That is roughly an extra 30kg per press up! I will live stream each session on my facebook page to keep you all updated!
