Story
It was 2003 when Better Days first arrived, like a woolly mammoth on the frozen plains of London's tired music scene.
After a decade of limited recognition, we're back to do what we do best: play some records so that people can do dancing. A-wooga.
But this time, we've got a cause. We're raising money for our friends Rik and Emma Haines, and their son Ted, who was born with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. All money raised on the night will be donated to the Tree of Hope charity who will pass it on to the Treatment for Ted fund.
Rik & Emma want to give Ted the best start in life and help him reach his full potential, whatever that may be. But, to do this, they need help. Ted needs ongoing treatments like cranial osteopathy, homeopathy, The Anat Baniel Method and a brilliant therapy called Advanced Biomechanical Rehabilitation. A combination of all these things will strengthen Ted physically and mentally so he can meet every challenge of his life head on.
All we're asking from you is £5 each - or more if you can spare it - to help Rik, Emma & Ted on their journey. And for that you get a night of proper Disco, just like your nan used to get all freaky to.
Pop your name down and we'll get your name on the guestlist on the night.
See you on the 'floor.
