Story
Working as a Trainee Solicitor in the Catastrophic Injury Department at Fletchers Solicitors, a large part of my job is working with people who have suffered life-changing traumatic brain injuries and who need supporting to adjust to the fact that their world and entire sense of self has changed overnight. I am honored to have the opportunity to raise awareness (and crucially- funds!) to support such a fantastic, local charity which is not only something I appreciate on a professional level, but one that has supported my family through their work at the Walton Centre'.
Being diagnosed with a neurological condition can be a frightening and bewildering experience; many people face unemployment, poverty and social isolation as a result. The Brain Charity offers emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their family, friends, and carers. They have been working in Liverpool and nationally to help thousands of people every year. The Brain Charity community is exceptional, helping to provide much needed assistance to many people. Become one of the community.
