I'm Bethany and I have been recovering from anorexia for the last few years. 

Anorexia has the highest mortality rate of any psychiatric disorder and
it is estimated that 1.25 million people have an eating disorder in the UK. Research suggests that around 46% of anorexia patients fully recover, a 33% improving and 20% remaining chronically ill.

These recoveries wouldn't be possible without Beat! Their helplines are open 365 days a year and have helped thousands of people battle their thoughts every single day.

I'm going to be sky diving for all those warriors who are going through an eating disorder just like me!
