Given my previous track record, I sort of thought I'd be injured by now, and I wouldn't be able to take part in this year's London Marathon. Alas, I'm *fingers crossed* good to go for Sunday. 

As such, I'm the worst fundraiser ever, and I've held out on setting up my Justgiving page for far too long. 

Every day I'm reminded of the important work carried out by Cancer Research UK scientists, doctors and nurses. I've met so many people who's lives have been changed (and in some cases, saved) because of the research that Cancer Research UK funds, and I've met others, too many others, who have lost loved ones because cures have come soon enough.
