I have started my fundraising page for a new challenge to raise vital cash for a charity that funds ground-breaking research into bowel cancer, other bowel diseases and general cancer research.

From personal experience I have witnessed the impact of what such a powerful disease can do to the individual and friends and families. I am doing this event for my mum and dad's best friends Lou and Helen, my beautiful friend Lynne Lilley, my wonderful grandad And anyone else who has suffered from this awful disease. The central vision of the charity is that no-one should die of cancer, bowel cancer, have to live with chronic bowel disease or face life with a permanent stoma. 

My challenge is to jump out of an aeroplane on 2nd of Novermber, this will be taking place in Beccles Airfield.

We have all been affected by cancer in our lives. Some of us have been observes when a friend or loved one becomes ill, others of us may have gone though it ourselves. In many cases a little knowledge can often change the outcome whether it be knowing what to look for and getting an early diagnosis or, having someone explain to us what to expect. Awareness is the key and that is what this charity is all about.
