So as most of you will know, exercise is quite a new thing for me. I don't think I have run since I had to during High School P.E, hence why this is such a personal challenge!

Some of you might not be aware that Lidl UK have supported CLIC Sargent since October 2012 and have raised a significant amount of money through various fundraising events. As I am a Lidl employee for the year, I would like to contribute to such a fantastic cause, from financial to emotional support CLIC Sargent provide for children with cancer and their families. To do this, I have chosen to join in the Bupa Great Manchester 10km Run and would greatly appreciate any sponsorship from my lovely friends and family.
