After 9 failed attempts at the London Marathon ballot, I'm super pleased to have secured a charity place with LOROS. They're an amazing local charity who care for more than 2,500 patients and their families across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland each year. Earlier this year they provided invaluable end of life care to our good friend Mike and his wife Nat, before Mike sadly passed away from bowel cancer. Running this marathon is my way of saying thank you for everything LOROS do, so please dig deep and help me smash my fundraising target! Thank you.
