In September Jo and I will be cycling from London to Paris over 4 days covering 500 km!! All of this is for the Royal British Legion, we are raising funds to provide lifelong support for servicemen, women and their families.The Royal British Legion offer a wide range of services to support veterans and their families. Our support includes: Offering compensation advice and help with debt and emergency situations, Ensuring every service man and woman receives the highest quality recovery and rehabilitation possible Helping families of those impacted by life changing injuries both physically and mentally

As some of you will know, in Septeber 2018 I (Beth) finally achieved my goal of joining the Royal Air Force, I am a Logistics Mover and I am thoroughly enjoying my role. The British Legion is an amazing charity who helps people like my colleagues and I!
