This is so exciting !! 

So last year Geraint and I completed the first international challenge for  Nightingale House to China where we trekked part of the Great Wall ! This year I am heading off on their second challenge to complete a 383k Cycle from Vietnam to Cambodia! 

This is where the excitement really kicks in - I am SO PLEASED to have my brother Geraint and friends Shaun and Antony with me on this amazing third challenge -   a breathtaking 10 days conquering the one and only Inca Trail to Machu Picchu the worlds most important archaeological find and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World! Every penny raised helps Nightingale House continue their  work caring for local people with life-limiting illness and their families as well as children experiencing bereavement.There are literally thousands of Inca Trails within Peru and many other charity events sound similar, but theres only one Inca Trail that leads through the majestic Sun Gate, and then onto the fascinating ruins of Machu Picchu! Thank you so much for supporting as we continue in our efforts to achieve our £100,000 target in memory of my lovely husband David who sadly lost his brave battle with cancer at the age of 53 just 3 weeks after we were married. 

David was a truly inspirational person - we will ensure we make him proud and we will do this challenge because we can  💙

Covid pushed our challenge out to 2022. We get back from Peru and 8 weeks later we take on the mighty Kilimanjaro!
