I am running the Robin Hood Marathon in Nottingham on Sunday 12th September 2010- yes all 26 miles of it I must be crazy! But it is all for a good cause, The Stroke Association. This is an amazing charity set up to help those who have suffered a stroke and the people close to them. Stroke can be a very difficult thing to cope with both physically and emotionally and this organisation is there to give vital support to those who need it most.
