The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

Not just a personal challenge but also a team one...

On the 11th October I will be tackling a 20km Spartan Race with a team from work – an obstacle course designed to help discover your inner Spartan (if I've got one.. I'm yet to find it). There will be mud, water and a range of challenging obstacles; nevertheless it has been designed for beginners and elite runners alike.

You all know this isn't something I'd normally take part in but it's for a fantastic cause... and a lot of peer pressure! The Prince's Trust couldn't run their programmes to give young people the opportunity they need to succeed without the funds we're raising!

The fitness regime starts now. Thank you for your support!
