I'm running the "Santas on the run" 3km fun run in Birmingham city centre on behalf of Acorns charity on Saturday 5th December 2009 at 11am. In the terms and conditions of entry, santa suits MUST be worn throughout the run 'in the spirit of Christmas'.

The 11am run is exclusively for Villa fans and then I'm going straight from finishing the run to Villa Park still dressed in my santa suit to watch Villa v Hull with my dad. So please spare a few pence or pounds to make it worthwhile that I'll be sat in the Trinity Upper freezing to death dressed as Mrs Clause. Villa fans will know a bit about Acorns charity as the club have their name on our shirts and have done fundraising for them in the past. But for those who don't there's a little bit about the charity and what they do on the left hand side of this page.
