Each year in Britain, an estimated 1 in 4 adults will experience at least one diagnosable mental health problem, but only 230 of every 300 who need help will actually go to their GP.

Mind are there to help people out. They offer a bunch of services, from their Infoline to drop-in centres, if you need help, there will be someone to talk to.
