Thanks for visiting my page. 

I'll be cycling 100 miles in London and Surrey on the 29th of July in aid of a very worthy cause, Single Homeless Project (SHP).

SHP work to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives.Their staff work with individuals to tackle the underlying causes of homelessness, such as poor mental health or drug and alcohol dependency.

From supporting people in crisis to helping people take the final steps towards independence and employment, they make a difference to 8,000 lives every year.
