You all know that this is a charity that Berwick & Borders Yoga regularly support. I can't imagine how awful it must be to be alone and cold, especially at this time of year. 

Every £29.06 we donate will help give someone the gift of a Crisis Christmas. The coronavirus lockdown has reminded us how important a safe and secure home is for everyone. But this year, many people will be experiencing their first homeless Christmas.

Together, we can ensure thousands of people are not facing homelessness alone, have a hot meal, companionship and, most importantly, provide the long-term support people need to leave homelessness behind for good.

I'm delighted to say that this year I will joined by Amanda, Cordelia and Isabelle, so together we can offer a full afternoon timetable of yoga and meditation.

You will also see that I've set a high target of £800 this year because every year so far you've smashed the total. I'm hoping this year will be no exception. Please give whatever you can afford.
