Hi 

I have decided to take part in the London triathlon in August to raise money for the Brain Research Trust.

I will be doing the "Olympic" version, which means I will have to swim 1.5km, cycle 40km and run 10km.  Ouch!

If you decide to support me you will be funding some of the best neurological research in the world and offering hope to those afflicted by neurological disease.  They have asked me to raise £500.
