Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page.

 

This year while my daughter Kathryn (RAF Police) is on deployment, I have decided to run a half marathon every month she is away (just over 6 months).

 

These will be a mixture of actual races and a measured course to run with friends.

My challenge commences on May 12th with the Leeds Half Marathon followed in June and July by the Wharfedale Half Marathon and the Northumberland Coastal Run (just over 14 miles). August will be a measured route in the Helmsley area, September is The Major Stone on the Yorkshire Wolds and finally in October  the Coniston 14 (miles).

 

I am raising money for SSAFA - Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen Families Association. They have made an unfailing commitment to the men and women of Britain’s Armed Forces over the past 125yrs, continually adapting to meet their changing needs.
