Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. I have decided to get back onto the saddle after several years to help raise some seriously needed funds for worthwhile charities. This year's bike ride is the toughest yet where 30 of us are Riding from Geneva to Nice, at over 120Km/day and climbing twice the height of Everest in 4 days which is no mean feat.

The main reason we are doing this mad bike challenge is to raise over £100,000 for a number of very worthy causes the main one been Manchester Children’s hospital "A Smile for Orly" (registered charity 1154360) in loving memory of Orly Babette Feddy who passed away at one and a half years old in December 2012. Her mum, dad and sister support numerous projects in memory of Orly and funds raised here are going towards Manchester Children’s hospital.

For ease and simplicity all donations will be made to the UJIA and the UJIA will make a bulk transfer to A Smile for Orly. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
