Wellington College is keen to support the expertise and energy of charitable organisations. We do this by raising money throughout the academic year, through fundraising intitiatives led by our students and staff. We hope that you will be inspired by our campaigns.

Story

Expect loads of obstacles, iconic urban venues, totally engaging courses. You will tackle gritty and engaging obstacle zones throughout the course, pitting your wits against 1000s of fellow competitors in a test of stamina, grit, speed and guts.

That is how the organisers of this gruelling 10 kilometre endurance course choose to describe their event. 'Survival of the fittest' is world renowned for being one of the toughest, hardest and most intense urban courses one can do. With 20 obstacles packed into the 10km route that takes us in and round Wembley Stadium.

The boys of Benson U6th will take on this challenge (along with their tutor and HM!) for the cause of the Jimmy Higham and Benson Bursary Fund. Jimmy was a teacher at the college who sadly passed away of cancer and coached several of the boys taking part. The Benson Bursary was put together by the current House Master and with the first boy having entered this year we plan for this to be a sustainable project allowing for at least one scholar in the house at a given point

We thank you for any donation you can or have made and would love for you to be able to share this around, either through facebook or any other means!

Cheers
