Our cousin (and Tom's brother), Ben, died of a brain tumour two years ago and we wanted to raise money for the charity that was set up by our Aunt and Uncle in Ben's memory, The Ben McNicol Trust. 

We are going to do a triathlon - swim 400m, cycle 10 miles and run 3 miles  to raise money for The Ben McNicol Trust - and hopefully raise £1,000. Please donate! Thank you very much.
