St Clare Hospice is a charity very close to our hearts and, aside from the wonderful inpatient care, they  offer fantastic day therapy services that Grandad Kinsella attended and enjoyed for a number of years. Changing people’s perception is one of the biggest challenges they face in raising awareness about the day therapy they provide for those living with lifelimiting illnesses such as breathing difficulties.
