I'm taking part in the Mazda London Triathlon in August to help raise money for Prostate Cancer. I will be doing a 1500m swim, 40k bike ride and to finish me off... a 10k run.

You may think me crazy but I have good reason for my motivation...
My father was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer 2 years ago. He has always been a great inspiration to me, and I admire the courage and positive attitude he has shown throughout his treatment. This is a small way for me to show my appreciation for all the help he has given me over the years and a way to raise money for The Prostate Cancer Charity. I hope that this will also help to raise further awareness for Prostate Cancer.

So please dig deep for this very worthy cause - any donations will be greatly appreciated.
