I wont go in to the long spiel as I did last year.  This will be my 2nd London Marathon in two years.  It is difficult to imagine that 10 years ago I was 35 stone / 490 lbs / 223 Kg!  Please recognise not only the tremendously hard efforts, but also how AMAZING Nightingale Hammerson is.  Running a marathon is one of the most disgusting tasks I have ever undertaken in my life, and yet I am prepared to do it again for a 2nd time for this extremely worthy cause.  Nightingale Hammerson is able to give people a reason, a hope, a light to continue to live despite their hardships and this is such a worthy cause.  Please remember that every little helps, no matter how much or how little.
