Hi, I'm in desperate trouble, my (so called) friends have persuaded my Wife to join their evil plans and I have been given an ultimatum. 

Do the Tough Mudder with them and raise £1000 each for Three Faith's Forum, or.....

NO CHEESE FOR A YEAR...AND I WILL BE FORCED TO WATCH EVERY 'CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER DANCING IN THE JUNGLE ON ICE' SHOW KNOWN TO MAN.

on a serious note, there is so much conflict in the world, much of it caused by a lack of dialogue and understanding between people, and this is a way for us to make a difference. Three Faiths Forum is a fantastic charity which works to build bridges between people of all faiths and none, encouraging better understanding and cohesion between the different denominations within British society. On the 6th of May I will run (under duress) the Full Tough Mudder. This includes 10-12 miles of mud and hills with over 20 obstacles including wading through chest deep ice cubes, running through dangling electric wires (shocking, I know), Jumping and sliding through fire, crawling in mud and water through tunnels and barbed wire and attempting a number of difficult climbing obstacles. Finally finishing with swinging off a giant cliff to plummet into icy water below.  Have a look here to see
