On 28^th January 2023, I’m participating in the London Winter Walk Marathon with my sister and dad in support of DementiaUK. We are raising money for the charity in memory of Russell Harwood - our beloved father and grandfather who we lost in October this year to dementia. 

We love and miss him dearly and are committed to keeping his memory alive by raising awareness of dementia.

As well as loosing Russell, my sister and I's other grandfather, Mike Clarke, also passed away many years ago from the same kind of dementia, so this is a truly important cause for us all.
