Q: What has 60 legs and travels 300km in about an hour?
A: Team Benenden running the York 10K!
Ranging from complete novices to seasoned runners, a team of 30 valiant colleagues from Benenden have agreed to dedicate their time and energy to train for and complete the Run For All York 10K on Sunday 2nd August 2015, in order to raise funds for Benenden Charitable Trust.
In 2014, Benenden Charitable Trust provided around £50,000 of grants to people struggling to make ends meet because of illness, disability and medical conditions.
Most people enjoy relative financial security and won't miss £5-£10 donated to charity, but for those who need it, a little financial support can go a very long way in helping them back to health and financial stability.
