Life if is going back to normal, bars restaurants and coffee shops are filling up!  But for some people support provided by charities like Help for Heroes has been cut…critically affecting the scale of their reach.  I’m not the fittest of the H4H bunch and I’m getting old and the knees are breaking but, I have it easy compared to many we support…so I’m going to ask you for something very small…£3.95 (the cost of a cup of Costa coffee) for a real Hero who needs it…and a LIKE, SHARE & COMMENT to help spread the word!
