I'm slogging my way round the Berlin marathon this Sunday.  As such, it would be a shame if I didnt raise a few quid for a charity of my choice.

This marathon I've decided it should be the Cancer Resource Centre, who provide information, support and complimentary therapies to people with cancer and their family and friends.

If you can donate a few quid then I, the charity and all those suffering, will no doubt be very, very grateful.
