Story

I am running the Hackney Half Marathon for The Children's Society to raise awareness and money for a charity who work so hard to ensure young people are safe. They provide specialist support that empowers young people to make positive changes and rediscover their hope. Working alongside young people, their families and community, they aim to create a society built for all children.

The charity works with a range of children experiencing differing needs, such as children struggling with mental health, those living in poverty, refugee and migrant children, children who are young carers and children who have been exploited through drugs or sexual violence. Every donation, no matter how big or small, makes huge a difference to a young person's life and is a step towards ensuring they are being led back onto the right path.

If you are able to donate then it is appreciated so much!
