I'm taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon 2021 to support families facing dementia across the UK. I’m looking to raise £1000 after smashing my previous target thanks to your help!

Dementia UK provides specialist dementia support for families through their Admiral Nurse service. When things get challenging or difficult for people with dementia and their families, Admiral Nurses work alongside them, giving them compassionate one-to-one support, expert guidance and practical solutions that can be difficult to find elsewhere.

My Grandmother fell ill with this disease through Alzheimer’s so I personally understand how difficult it can be for some families and the support they need. 

I know times are hard and money is scarce, but that makes these families need it more than ever, with it being harder for families to see and care for their loved ones.
