I am running the Brighton Marathon on 10th April, and am using this terrible experience to raise money for the Alzheimers Society.

My nan died just over a year ago after suffering from Alzheimers for a long time. And statistically a number of us will also suffer from Alzheimers, so donate now as insurance if for no other reason. The Alzheimers Society fund research into Alzheimers, and also provide support to sufferers of the disease and their families.

So please give generously and I might give you a kiss and a cuddle.
