It's that time of the year again, when I take part in Shooting Star Childrens Hospices 20km Sunrise Walk (Richmond) with 70lbs on my back. This year is particularly special, as I'll be doing it in memory of a student.

The walk will take me past famous sights including the River Thames, Hampton Court and the beautiful and wildlife packed Bushy and Richmond Parks. 

By signing up to take part, l will be helping to ensure that Shooting Star Childrens Hospices can continue to provide vital care and support to hundreds of local families and children who need them more than ever.
