Story
Thank you to everyone who has visited this page.
In October 2009 my Mum was diagnosed with a brain tumour and sadly passed away in 2012 as a result of it.
In February 2010 my Dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. After his and hers (my Mum and Dad; both on a Tuesday) chemotherapy, my Dad took the exceptionally brave decision to have a Whipple procedure that saved his life.
My wonderful wife , at 35, was diagnosed with breast cancer which subsequently returned in the form of lymph node cancer. Sarah is the most wonderful and inspirational person I have ever met, despite all she has been through.
My efforts in the next few months are dedicated to my Mum, to my Dad, to my wife, Sarah, and my wonderful son Oliver.
To those that know me, my strength is built and reliant upon those around me, past and present, and ensuring I do them service.
Cancer is a terrible disease, and anything I can do to support the research is with all my will.
Whilst out with this message, MacMillan nurses are amazing. I shall never forget their humility and kindness.
Onwards.
