Last year I rode 200 miles and climbed 23,000ft in the Spanish southern mountains. I raised over £600 excluding Gift Aid and hope to raise more than last time. This August from the 3rd to the 13th I am riding in the Pyrenees up Tour De France route climbs such as the Tourmalet  and Pau. Climbs of 2000m in one go. A week of riding and a possible 800km miles riding.
