We have decided to take on the challenge of trekking Ben Nevis next Spring, to raise money for MIND charity. Mental health is important to us and affects us all. With little to no hiking experience, this will be a tough challenge to take on, however we are determined to raise as much money as possible for this cause.

Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in Scotland, the United Kingdom and the British Isles. The summit is 4,413 feet above sea level and is the highest land in any direction for 459 miles. Its name is well-earned, with hikers frequently running into trouble on the mountain’s slopes, given the area’s ever-changing weather.
