Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know, my dad sadly passed away on 14 May 2021 after being diagnosed with terminal cancer last November. There was no treatment available to dad by the time of his diagnosis, but I hope that by running for Cancer Research UK I will be helping other families by contributing to the lifesaving research they do into detecting early signs of cancer and discovering new treatments. 

Dad absolutely loved all things running/swimming/cycling and he was always his happiest after completing a race. I promised him that I would carry on doing the things he loved, and although I'm definitely not at the Ironman/Ultra Marathon stage yet, this seems like a good start.
