Ben: "Hey guys, we're all turning 40, can you believe it?"

Vin: "I know, but you're only as old as you feel, right?"

Kev: "Yeah, we've still got what it takes, haven't we?"

Ben: "Maybe we should do something to celebrate our eternal youth?"

Kev: "What, like a party?"

Ben: "I was thinking of something more challenging..."

Ben: "So it's agreed, a London to Paris bike ride for Macmillan!"
