I will be participating and hopefully finishing the Ribble Valley 10k on the 29th December 2013 (no overdoing it for me at Christmas then!).

I hope to complete the course in under an hour but as this is my first ever event I can't make any promises!

The good news is that I've already started training, so I should have plenty of time to get myself in shape in perpetration for the event!
