I was a Royal Marine commando for 7 years, leaving in Feb 2010. I have served in Afghanistan and have seen first hand the effects of war on our men and women of our armed forces.  I am treking 100k through the heat of the Sahara Desert to raise money to help our wounded soliders.

My adventure begins 15th October 2010 and i'm realy excited.
