On the 21st October 2018 I will be running in the Great South Run for the Royal Marines Charity.

Having served for seven years in the Royal Marines including Operational tours in Iraq & Afghanistan this is a charity that means a lot to me.

The Royal Marines Charity exists to help the entire RM Family from Serving Marines to Veterans and their Families. They provide help for the wounded and injured, financial support and helping find new careers.

All donations would be greatly appreciated no matter how small...or big!
