In January 2022 I was diagnosed with testicular cancer.  The world as I knew it changed. It’s an isolating and a lonely place, not because you feel abandoned but because no one has answers because they’ve never walked in your shoes. 

I’ve spent the last 12 months undergoing treatment and re-calibrating. We are all going to go through tough times, don’t be afraid, face what’s going on.  There is help out there and if you can survive the storm a little rain won’t bother you.  

I’ll always be grateful to one charity and one guy.  The advice and support from Testicular Cancer UK helped calm the storm and make sense of a lot of things.  TCUK is led by guys who have been through it all, their MO is simply to help people. 

The charity travel round the UK sharing their stories, talking about and raising awareness of men’s health.  This sponsorship page is about raising some cash to allow them to carry on doing what they do, and making a difference to more people. 

My friends and family have been great through this and I’ll be forever grateful to have them around me.  

This crazy bunch have all signed up to run the Rome marathon, I can’t thank them enough for their support. If you have any spare cash and feel like putting it towards a good cause, we would be super grateful for your donation, no matter how small.  

I’ll leave you with my message.  I’m super lucky.  I’ve gone into 2023 with my health, my family and my friends.
