I am gonna run this year's 10k Abbey Dash in Leeds on 17 November 2013 in order to raise money for Age UK to help the elderly in our local area.

This is a worthy cause and a chance for me to assist local people.

I am currently in training in order that I can give it my all and hope to raise £50!
