A friend I grew up with tragically died from an epileptic fit earlier this year, he was only 29 years old and had just got married. He was a top lad, always smiling and everyone who knew him loved him - he will never be forgotten and im doing the race in his honour.

This is a great charity who support those with epilepsy and their families - please give what you can.
