Many of you will know I have been working for The Salvation Army  in its international development work for almost 4 years. I've had the chance to see first hand how money raised by people like you over the years have changed lives. I've seen children drinking clean water for the first time, orphans supported with their school fees, people starting new simple businesses to support themselves, communities becoming educated about HIV and malaria. It's local people running these programmes, often linked with Salvation Army churches where the idea's are overflowing, but the money of course does not.

As I run the world largest half marathon with 75,000 other people, please help me raise some money for a more than worthwhile cause.
