Story

I will be taking part in the Mindstep Relay this year to raise money and increase knowledge for mental health and suicide awareness. During my hour slot I will be running to raise awareness for mental health and this amazing charity.

Mental health effects many different people in many different ways. I myself have struggled with mental health and was very close to Max throughout our time together at University. This why Mindstep foundation is so Important to me and I’d love if you could show your support along with his friends and family.

The Mindstep Relay will run for an entire weekend from 1st - 3rd April in support of suicide prevention research. Each volunteer will be given a 1-hour time slot to complete an activity of their choice before passing the virtual baton to the next volunteer!Last year the Relay raised over £17,000 for this vital research. This year we hope to do the same again! Thank you for your support!

The Mindstep Foundation has been established in memory of Max Davies, who tragically died by suicide in 2018.
