Right - I'm doing the Great West Run again, and this time I'm going to try to raise some money in the process.  It's for the Teenage Cancer Trust - and you can't argue with that.

I think Teenagers get a pretty rough deal a lot of the time - and teenagers with cancer trebly so.

So for crying out loud, give them some f*cking money!
