I am running The Wizz Air Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 2 October 2022 in aid of Cerebral Palsy Cymru. 

Cerebal Palsy Cymru is a national centre of excellence for families in Wales with children who have cerebral palsy. The charity provides a specialist team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists who work together to offer transdisciplinary skills, so each child, benefits from their combined expertise. Cerebal Palsy Cymru provides a family support service that offers a listening ear, advice and support.
