My cousin Elsie needs a really important operation to help her possibly walk in the future and to avoid some nasty invasive surgery. You can read all about it properly on her main Just Giving Page, but here is what I'm going to do.

My dad's ginger locks do my head in. 

So, on Saturday 16 June, at 6pm, and under careful supervision of Kath and Linda at MacIntosh Barbers in Marchmont, Edinburgh, I'm going to chop all his locks off - totally bald. 

He's said if we raise £500, he'll leave on the beard he's growing so he looks like a Mr Upside Downy Head.

And, if we get to 1k, he'll let me chop his big sluggy eyebrows off too. 

Please chip in to wipe that smile off his face (and to make him a bit less hairy).
