We are raising an ongoing charity (Sadaqa Jariyah) to build a deep water well for the most needy and vulnerable on behalf of our beloved mother, grandmother and sister, in a country with rampant poverty. 

Poverty leads to hunger and chronic malnutrition. The clean water would help people to quench their thirst and avoid illnesses. 

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When the human being dies, his deeds end except for three: ongoing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him.”


Sa’d ibn ‘Ubadah reported: I said, “O Messenger of Allah, my mother has died. Shall I give charity on her behalf?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Yes.” I said, “Which charity is best?” The Prophet said, “A drink of water.”

I humbly ask you to support us in this Sadaqah with your generous contributions that will insha'Allah count in your rewards as well as my grandmother’s.

For those who knew Ma, she was a special person, gentle, soft spoken with a pure tender heart and always having a lovely smile on her face :) 

I ask Allah SWT that this Sadaqah reaches her to light up her grave, shower her with His mercy and elevate her level in Jannah.
